No matter what, after shooting several Cotillions, I find the father daughter dance to be the most emotional part of the entire night.

Taking pictures, with a Broken Heart.
I can finally say those sad songs on the radio finally applies to me. I screwed up, and it just needed this one time to do it. I guess all good things have to end. I’m not going to lie and say I’m not hurting, crying, or putting on a fake smile. I’m hurting. But what am I to do.

Why must photography gear have to be expensive. It’s just depressing looking at the prices of the lenses that I need in order to be an event photographer. There’s only so much I can do with what I have, and being expected to shovel out these amazing shots in such low lighting is taking a toll on me.

One Step closer.

If I knew everyone was going to use photoshop to make their pictures look vintage, I would had just sold my DSLR, invested in a nice scanner, and stocked up on film.
I can’t wait to do a wedding. I know I’m not well equiped or well skilled at the moment. But when that moment comes, I’m working my magic. I love working with couples.
